How to use the resources and what to expect while browsing this version of Psyching Life.

Using the downloads

The free PDFs are for personal and household use. You may print copies for your own family activities. Please share the download-page link rather than reselling or redistributing the files.

Educational content

Articles and activities are general educational and lifestyle resources. Reading the site does not create a professional or therapeutic relationship.

Products and imagery

The Helpful Finds pages are selection guides. Our journal includes affiliate book links, and the game-day collection and outfit guide include affiliate product links. We may earn a commission on purchases made through those links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Retailer websites have their own privacy policies and may use cookies or similar technology to attribute purchases. The game-night image is an AI-generated illustration, not a photograph of our family or a product demonstration.

Privacy on this site

This version has no newsletter signup, payment form, comments, or visitor accounts built into its pages. The site itself does not use advertising trackers or store visitor preferences in your browser. Its hosting service may process standard connection and access data.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when those font files are requested. Download links open files directly; they do not request an email address.

Family privacy

Stories focus on our own perspectives. Identifying details about children, clients, and other people are kept private.
